About
the sticker...
The Macomb County Sheriff's Mounted Division is
an auxiliary unit of the Macomb County Sheriff's
Office. The decal was designed by (RET)
Sgt. Michael Andros a 20year veteran deputy of
the Sheriff's office who is now, after
retirement, part of the mounted division.
The purpose of the Macomb County Sheriff's
Mounted Division is to support the law
enforcement objective of the Sheriff of Macomb
County by:
Providing an active ready reserve of mounted
deputies capable of supporting and supplementing
the Sheriff's Office in times of need and
extraordinary circumstances.
Maintaining a high level of preparedness through
an active program that is equally balanced
between law enforcement and mounted skills.
Participating in community events that promote
law enforcement and goodwill between the
Sheriff's Office and the community. See more of
